F6F-3 Hellcat. 29-07-2009
Hello once again,
Pre-shanding done and also the bottom has received the white. Don't really know why but my H & S " EVOLUTION" airbrush starts to do some mess. I thin the tip is dirty inside, but we move along with it.
After receiving the layer of white, and to "break" the white, i mixed on it a drop of light grey and almost 95% of alchool, so I get a very thin moisture, and the vottow spayed with it, showing some dirty on the aircraft.
I think it turn out very nice. Almost an hour and a half for paiting it. But the result is very beautiful

Hi once more time.
Today up-date, preapring the model to receive the coat of primer. I've used Tamiya XF-21 for primign the kit which turned out ver well. Also, as I didn't like the result of the spinner I juts primed it again and tomorrow I will lay down a new paint job to it.
Also, landing gear, and other small parts primed (not show in here).
Lower surface after receiving the primer . It turn out very nice.
Upper side after primer
Another pick after the primer coating:
Ready for some paint:
Protecting the inside of the cockpit
Hope you enjoy it. I sure love it so far. Tomorrow, I will do the pre-shanding on the model.
Best Regards and thans for viewing it
